A HUGE 5 week progress 🤩🤩
star came to me in Jan with the goal of “GETTING STRONG”
and let me tell you, we are well and truely on the way!!
She’s super fresh to weights but is a very GO GO GIRL, who LOVES her spin classes so motivation and consistency wasn’t going to be an issue!
We’ve been doing 2 strength sessions a week, focusing on correct technique and form. We have really got to learn the importance of RESTING between sets & fuelling the body correctly before and after training🤪
Loosing weight / cm was not an actual goal we set but here we are 31cm down and 1.5kgs lighter 🥵🫶🏼
