It’s the 1st of June.

Now that we’re 5 months in it’s a good time to ask, have you changed your life like you said you would?

I don’t mean dipping in and out of it, starting and stopping like you usually do.

I mean have you actually changed your life.

Because that’s what’s possible if you want it to be.

The year is moving whether you’re ready or not.

The next 7 months are going to pass the same way the last 5 did.

Very fu***ng quickly.

The only difference is what you decide to do with them.

The people who will look back on their year and feel proud of what they built aren’t waiting for a better time to start.

They made the decision and are building right now.

The halfway point is coming,

What is the rest of 2026 going to look like for you?

I got a message from a client the other day that said the visual results have been such good motivation to keep going.

And that made me think…

The reason so many of you struggle with motivation constantly is because you’re not getting results.

And the reason you’re not getting results is because you don’t really know what you’re doing, you’re guessing.

And when you’re guessing you’re just prolonging the process indefinitely.

No results = no motivation. No motivation = no consistency. No consistency = no results.

You’re stuck in an endless cycle.

But when the results start coming, even small wins. Motivation shows up on its own because the evidence is right infront of you that it’s working.

And the people who always seem motivated, aren’t. They just have a system that works.

Stop guessing.

Get the right structure around you and let the results do the motivating.

80 hour weeks are Emma’s reality.

When she came to me that was the first thing that sprung out at me.

It’s very easy to put everything else above yourself.

A lot of life’s problem can be solved by getting your habits together.

Most problems - stress, arguments, poor decisions, the low tolerance for things that should be manageable…

Aren’t really about the situation. They’re about the state you’re in when the situation hits you.

Because to deal with life’s problems well you need the best version of you.

Not the version that’s irritable and snappy because your sleep was awful.

Not the version running on caffeine and cortisol trying to get through the day.

Not the version too tired to think clearly when you have to make important decisions.

Compare how that version of you handles stressful situations to someone who’s calm, level headed, clear minded, energised and in control of their day.

Completely different person. Completely different outcome.

Same situation. Different state.

Sort out your habits and watch what happens to the rest of it.

I had the most refreshing call last week.

They got on our call and straight away said they don’t care what it’s going to take, they’re ready.

They were fed up and knew something needed to change.

That is someone who understood the cost of staying the same.

They had already calculated the cost of not investing and decided they weren’t paying it anymore.

Thats the mindset shift that separates the people who get results from the people who keep researching, keep considering and keep almost starting.

I can give anyone the plan, the structure, the knowledge, the accountability. But if they don’t have the all-in mindset then it won’t make a difference.

If the will is there, the results will come.

That’s all I ask for.

100% commitment from someone who is done waiting.

Keep an eye out for their results, because with this mindset they’re guaranteed.

ChatGPT won’t get you the results you’re looking for.

Don’t get me wrong it can definitely point you in the right direction.

However it’s not going to get you life changing results.

You know you should be eating better. You know you should be going to the gym. You know you should be moving more.

But the issue is that you can’t stick to it when life is busy or stressful.

ChatGPT won’t keep you accountable.

It won’t know the ins and the outs of your life, bar a few personal details you put into it.

It doesn’t adapt if you’ve had a stressful day at work that makes you fall off track.

It doesn’t adjust around your menstrual cycle.

It doesn’t tell you to go to the gym anyway when you don’t feel like it.

You’ll get a generic plan which means you’ll get generic results.

The people getting real life changing results have a plan built specifically around them, their life, their circumstances and their goals.

With someone adjusting it in real time as things change and holding you accountable when motivation dips.

Stop looking for the shortcut.

There isn’t one.

You can’t keep letting time pass while you think about it.

Because while you’re doing nothing but thinking, the stress is continuing to build and the gap between where you are and where you want to be is getting wider.

It doesn’t stay the same. You’re either progressing or regressing.

Bad habits compound the same way good ones do so every day you don’t address them, they become more ingrained.

They become who you are rather than just something you choose.

Thats why you might see yourself as an undisciplined person, because you’ve being continuing to do bad habits over a sustained period of time so you think that’s just ‘who you are.’

And the longer they’re in place the harder they are to shift.

The anger and frustration you feel about where you are now, all that is is information… because you know you’re capable of more.

The time is going to pass either way. The only question is what you do with the time.

Take a second and ask yourself these questions.

They will show you whether your decisions every day are aligned with who you want to be.

What would your younger self think of where you are right now?

Not in your career, but in how you look after yourself. Whether you’re showing up as the person you said you would.

What would your older self think?

Looking back at this exact moment, would they be proud of the decisions you made or be looking at the ones you kept putting off?

What do you want your kids to see?

Someone who neglects their health or someone who holds themselves to a high standard with how they treat their body and what they put into it.

The decisions you’re making right now are building one of those two versions of you.

Every single day.

I had a call a couple of months ago with a potential client…

They said they couldn’t commit because they didn’t think they’d be able to stick to it.

I want to address that because I know a lot of people think the same thing.

Because that one sentence tells me two things immediately.

Firstly, your mindset before you’ve even started is already preparing for failure. That’s the real problem and that’s what’s keeping you stuck up until this point. The belief that you won’t follow through.

Secondly, that is the entire point of having a coach. To build everything around your schedule so it’s as easy as possible to show up. To take the decisions off your plate so you’re not trying to figure it out on top of everything else you already carry. And then, to hold you accountable.

You keep falling off track because you’re trying to manage all of that yourself, with everything else already on your plate. And you can’t keep yourself accountable.

This is exactly why you don’t have the results you want.

That’s a structure issue.

A coach doesn’t just give you a plan.

A coach removes the reason you keep stopping.
