You might watch this video and think Do It For You Fitness is just a group of professional dancers 💃🕺 as awesome as our dancing skills are 😉😂 we are much more.

We are a group of like minded people who turn up regularly to the gym be it for an am or pm session with the intention of improving our strength and fitness that will carry over into our daily lives.

After a very busy productive year, I'd like to thank all my clients for there consistency with turning up even on the days they didn't feel like training.
2022 was a year where goals were achieved, new friendships made and for new clients learning to feel comfortable in a gym setting.
2022 was good let's make 2023 great🎉

Only 2nd week in of kids classes for Term 4 and Lucia got her 1st toes to bar. She has been playing around with this movement for awhile, and this week with a couple of cues she got them. Great work Lucia.

After promising I'd take on new clients in 2022, we are 5months in and it's time I fulfilled that promise.

If you are keen to train in a small group class I run a 5.30am, 6am, 6.30am, 9am, 5.30pm and 6.15pm class with limited spaces.

Or I also offer 1 on 1 training as a PT at various times throughout the day.

If you are ready to commit turn up and do the work and stay consistent now is the time to get in touch to set yourself some goals💪

Happy Mothers Day to all the awesome mums out there. Hope today you get spoilt to make up for all those sleepless nights, endless nappy changes, meltdowns, tears and all the other joyful moments that comes with being a mum, it's definitely the hardest but most rewarding job in the world, you guys rock 💪💪🤩

Christmas has come early for my clients🎅 Each and everyone that I have the pleasure of training will receive an awesome drink bottle as a thank you for there ongoing support of Do It For You Fitness this year👏😊

I hope to open up more spaces next year for new clients as we reached capacity throughout the year 💪💪

Some of my clients have recently retested there 1RM Deadlift, last time we tested was November last year. Everyone had a PB from 5kg to 20kg increase 💪💪 so I had to share there achievements 🤩

I've said it before and I'll say it again, consistency is key with training👊
