Grateful to support another Perth youth development program..
no stranger to netball athletes as Panda Elite Netball Fitness Coaching and Coach Deane have been training girls in the north for a while.. great to see them return and continue their awesome program.

Grateful to run a Speed Clinic while in Brisbane with the Female u13s.u15s.u17s lastnight.. was awesome to be apart of their pre season preparation..
We focused on ACCELERATION and the leg mechanics for the first 5m - 10m, then threw in some Plyometrics to encourage hip projection...
the athletes were engaged with great effort.

Many thanks to Mjay and the coaching staff for the opportunity.. look forward to attending more sessions in the future.

Awesome group today.. it got HOT but we managed our session and finished STRONG.

Full on session which showcased SPEED DEVELOPMENT and ATHLETE ENGAGEMENT for 2hrs.
