Want to know the most important question to ask yourself before getting out of bed?

When you wake in the morning your mind will need to be set for the day, so that your brain and body knows what to think, what to do, how to act, and how to move.

A particular brain region activates each day and makes a photocopy of your life from yesterday, to build your blueprint for today.This is called psychology, the repetition of past blueprints to design future realities.

So, the question you need to ask yourself each day is, “will I live my life today, based on my most important aspiration or will I keep living in the old blueprint?". Be honest with your answer. Your entire future is riding on it.

In other words, today is going to almost be a photocopy of yesterday. Unless You choose to do something different !
