Taking s break was the best decision I could have done for myself this year. It gave me a new perspective and woke up that women I used to be who believed nothing is impossible. Last year I let ppl walk over me in order to made them happy, but even then they didn’t appreciated that. This year I am over that and I am gonna be that b**ch ( still with big heart though) and I belived karma hits them sooner nor later😂🤷🏼‍♀️( their are already sad and miserable ppl if they treat other like that so what can I say🤷🏼‍♀️)

Anyway- today is a big day, celebrating my beloved mom’s crusing in style in stunning .

I want you all to remember that life gives you the experiences so then you can not only find your calling, but also learn who you trully are and not be sorry for that.
Modern world is hard for empaths as I am, but I believe will put ppl on your path that are worth you , , and energy.

Let me tell you a story about Agnes, a manager in a big company in Perth who had to fainted at work to realized who busy she was for last few months.
Agnes was working on a big mining project and was pressured from all the side - stakeholders, coworkers, her boss.
Even her family couldn't show enough support and her husband was accusing her of '' never being at home''

That was true, she was barely home, spending 12 hours at the office.
Talking to partners from Europe, she sometimes compromised on sleep, just to have that business phone call done and been able to push forward.
She lost weight, but wasn't surprised after skipping meals during the day and living on coffee.

But that day when she fainted and her friend convinced her to take a break and went with her to the doctor she realized how much she sacrificed.

When the doctor took her blood test and told her to take few days off she still wasn't keen on that, but the next morning after blood results she decided to follow doctor orders.

She gave all her work and contacts to her assistant and took a week off.
She and her husband went to the resort for a weekend where they both could relax, eat good food and listen to their favourite music.
Her romantic life went back, as relaxed and less stressed Agnes's libido increased.

When they got back home, she made a plan and add some important changes to her day, to find time for her favourite pilates classes and a book while having a bath.



Week ended and Agnes came back to work recharged and ready for a new challenges, knowing how important self care is and promising herself to never neglect that.

Last year showed that nothing in life is permanently and in order to survive we need to adjust. 🤯
This year I hope gonna teach us that we don't have to stay or keep ( in relationship, work, boring school, same town, toxic friends) anymore.
I hope this year will let you shine and regain your power that you already have inside.

Add one small change to your week, every week and practice gratitude daily.

I don't know about you guys but...

Loving yourself is the most important thing you can do. Everything starts with it and most of your problems can be solved by it. The ability to love yourself is a dangerous weapon. People fear the one’s that have it. Because they are harder to manipulate, harder to get over on and harder to control. Opinions of others tend to bother you a lot less and your own opinions on yourself begins to matter a lot more. It becomes in a way your shield and sword. As your self confidence grows more and more.

The people without this weapon however are the ones preyed upon. Some men look for women who doesn’t have this weapon of self love. Why? Because it’s easier for him to get what he want from her. She becomes an easy target for him. There are women who do the same to men. Because he lacks this weapon he falls for her charm and empties his bank account for her. As a matter of fact the ugly truth is this world functions off of taking away the ability of you loving yourself to make a profit. Always telling you that you aren’t good enough. Good looking enough. Strong enough. Smart enough…Happy enough. That’s why you should always be armed by loving yourself.

I remember I used to be so nervous when talking to people in English. I was worried that they gonna judge me for my grammar mistakes.
It was before I understood that all those thoughts are only in my head and no one will laugh at me. I found out that people were actually very friendly and instead of making me feel embarrassed they wanted to help.

After that I never felt this weird feeling in my stomach as I just swallow the rock.
