Ryuei-ryu originated with Ryu Ryu Koh in China and Nakaima Norisato from Naha studied under him, returned to teach “ Ryu no Waza “ in Okinawa. After Norisato came Kenchu, Kenkoh and Kenji.

We were privileged to have Natsuko Mineghishi open the Ryuei Ryu Karate Kobudo Australia training seminars with an Okinawan song. Natsuko is a professional opera singer. We were delighted to have the Consulate-General of Japan in Perth , Mr Naito in attendance.
