This year we have introduced a membership option to St. Andrew’s Anglican College students which allows them to have access to unlimited classes throughout the term for just $35 a week. We’ve made this change to help provide more training opportunities for students at a reduced cost.

All SAAC group athletic development training classes in Term 1 have a new structure of a 75 minute open gym. Students who attend receive their own personalised program where they can monitor their progress and adjust periodically under the guidance of our staff. This allows students that are new to the program and those more experienced to train together and work at their own level. Coach Harry or Coach Jett are in the gym each session to help everyone, and ensure proper technique and application.

Classes are held 5 days a week, Monday to Friday afternoons 3-4:15pm, and Wednesday mornings 7-8:15am in the St. Andrew’s Anglican College Gym. Get in touch to organise a membership for your child.

Our school holiday program is designed for both first timers needing to learn the ropes and our regular crew looking to supplement their term training. We’re taking advantage of the extra time available to dig a little deeper into key areas around our athletes technique, mindset, strength, speed, power and conditioning. Ages 12-17.

Sessions are on:

Monday 15th + Tuesday 16th December
Monday 12th + Tuesday 13th January
Monday 19th + Tuesday 20th January

Time — 3:30-4:30pm

Location — Outside The Box Gym, Noosa Heads

Cost — $30 per class, or $45 per week

Term 4 training options are now live on our website, with our programs running across three locations each week.

Our Group Athletic Development program focuses on the development of physical qualities that underpin all sports and are essential for optimising performance while reducing injury rates. Students develop qualities such as speed, strength, mobility, stability, endurance, agility and coordination. These sessions are running at St. Andrew's Anglican College, Good Shepherd Lutheran College and Outside The Box Gym each week.

Our Speed + Agility program is designed to help improve the speed and agility of running, field and court sport athletes — e.g. soccer, triathlon, rugby, tennis, cross country, AFL, netball, etc. We’ll be working on the development of acceleration, top speed, power, change of direction, reaction speed and anaerobic capacity. Athletes will learn how to train effectively and develop their running techniques to improve sporting performance while reducing risk of injury. We'll be running Speed + Agility at St. Andrew's Anglican College each week of term.

Rolling into Week Three of term and the great news is that enrolments are still open for most of our sessions across the week! Here's a little run-down of our programs if you're unsure which is right for you:

GROUP ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Our athletic development training program focuses on the development of the physical qualities that underpin all sports and are essential for optimising performance while reducing injury rates. Students develop qualities such as speed, strength, mobility/stability, endurance, agility and coordination.

SPEED + AGILITY
This program is designed to help improve the speed and agility of running, field and court sport athletes — e.g. soccer, triathlon, rugby, tennis, cross country, AFL, netball, etc. We’ll be working on the development of acceleration, top speed, power, change of direction, reaction speed and anaerobic capacity. Athletes will learn how to train effectively and develop their running techniques to improve sporting performance while reducing risk of injury.

PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is a great option for new athletes joining the program looking to accelerate their learning curve; higher level athletes needing a more personalised approach and / or athletes rehabilitating from injury. Prior to each class, programs are created and ready to go. Throughout the class, athletes run through their individualised programs under the guidance of our coach. Athletes are able to track their progress, monitor training loads and get the specialised training they need to maximise results.

Send us an email today to organise your child's enrolment in our Term Three program. Please note that we have limited private training slots available across the week, including on Saturday mornings with Coach Shae — we recommend getting in quick to secure yours.
