Ever release your calf on a reformer 😰 it is intense but such an amazing release. Lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain. All improve by lengthening and releasing the calf.

We are local boutique Pilates reformer studio, 10min away from Bundanoon in Penrose. 🍎

We opened to bring a service to the villages that are otherwise a half day trip to obtain. To bring something special to the community.

Emersed in nature, our classes bring quality and safe exercises, strengthening, lengthening, stabilising and toning. Most of all we have a beautiful community at Kore, we have a fun inclusive environment!
