FTP TEAM GAMES 2026

It is the FTP COACHES turn to randomly pick there Team to lead and compete in 8 weeks of in house Team Games starting this coming Monday August 3rd.

We made this one a little bit fun, and to prove to you all it was definitely random haha

Our 4 Teams are:

🔸 Walk/ Run 28kms in the 28 day challenge (Must be a planned walk/run outside only, and tracked through strava, Garmin or another tracking app

🔸 Attend 12 or more FTP classes in the 28 DAY CHALLENGE (May 4th-31st)

🔸Try the MAY Top Shelfers Challenge

🔸 FTP TESTIMONIAL- this will be during a class a quick 10-20sec video of what you love about FTP etc

🔸Successfully complete all of these tasks and you will receive 1 ticket in the barrel to WIN 1 of the amazing prizes.

HOW TO GET EXTRA TICKETS IN THE BARREL:

🔸Refer a person to signup for a FREE 7 day pass in the month of MAY = 2 tickets in the barrel

🔸Refer a person who signs up to the May 28 Day Challenge= 5 Tickets in the barrel

This class aims to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and discover balance for a healthier lifestyle

The Pilates Class is included in all the active FTP Memberships.
