As another incredible season comes to an end, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who makes the Penrith RSL Silverbacks the club we are. 🦍❤️

To our PLAYERS — thank you for your effort, commitment, courage and passion every time you pulled on the Silverbacks jersey.

To our COACHES — thank you for the countless hours, leadership, guidance and dedication you give to our players.

To our MANAGERS — thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to keep our teams organised and running each week.

To our VOLUNTEERS — from the canteen and BBQ to field setup, ground marshals, first aid and everything in between — our club simply couldn’t operate without you.

And to our PARENTS & FAMILIES — thank you for the early mornings, long drives, washing jerseys, cheering from the sidelines and supporting our kids through every win, loss and everything in between. 💚🧡

The Penrith RSL Silverbacks are incredibly proud to be hosting the SJRU Under 15s Grand Final Day at Nepean Rugby Park! 🦍🏆

It’s a massive privilege for our club to be trusted with hosting such a special day and showcasing junior rugby at our home ground.

A MASSIVE congratulations to Chase Inia and Kingston Williams on their selection in the NSW Juniors Under 15s Development Squad that will tour Japan later this year! 🇦🇺✈️🇯🇵

What an incredible opportunity for these two young men to pull on the NSW jersey, represent their families and take their rugby overseas. 💪🔥

Chase and Kingston have both worked incredibly hard for opportunities like this, and everyone at Penrith RSL Silverbacks is extremely proud to see them rewarded.

It’s with great sadness that we inform our Silverback Rugby family that on Friday 28th August our rugby community lost one of its brightest young players, Felesha Jasper.

Felesha was an amazing player and such a fine young girl. She played for the Silverbacks many times for our Minis.

From everyone at the Silverbacks we send our love and prayers to her family and the wider rugby community.

This is a difficult time for her family & our community members & we ask that we give the family the space & privacy they need at this devastating time.

A massive congratulations to every player, coach, manager, parent and supporter who helped get these teams there. One more game. One more opportunity. Let’s finish the job! 🏆

Unfortunately, finals footy also means that two of our teams’ seasons come to an end.
