What a weekend for the Silverbacks family, with 5 wins from 6 matches and some outstanding performances across the club! 🔥

A huge congratulations to all our players, coaches, managers, volunteers and families. The hard work at training, the support on the sidelines, and the commitment to each other are showing every week.

The scoreboard tells one story, but the way our teams played for one another tells an even better one. Rugby is a team game, and our Silverbacks continue to show what can be achieved when everyone buys in and works together. Teamwork, effort and attitude are the foundations of rugby success.

We’re back in action this weekend with all teams taking the field across Sydney! From our youngest Silverbacks to our Under 15s, it’s another massive day of rugby.

🏉🦍 ROUND 7 WRAP-UP 🦍🏉

After a week away from club rugby due to the 2026 Junior State Championships, our Silverbacks were back on the field and ready to make a statement and boy did we!

It was fantastic to see our players return with plenty of confidence, energy and enthusiasm, producing some outstanding performances across the day.

🔥 Round 7 Results
✅ U10 Orange – 55-14 win over Sylvania
➖ U11 Green – The Bye
✅ U11s – 35-14 win over Dural
✅ U13s – 31-22 win over Forest
✅ U14s – 53-5 win over Rockdale
✅ U15s – Win by forfeit

Unfortunately, our U15s received notification just two hours before kick-off that their opposition would be forfeiting. While the boys missed the opportunity to take the field, they still walk away with the competition points and remain focused on the challenges ahead.

The weekend showcased the depth, resilience and spirit across our club, with some outstanding performances right across the age groups.

Thank you to everyone who continues to represent our club with pride every week.

🦍⚡ OUR LITTLE SUPERHEROES ARE BACK THIS WEEK! ⚡🦍

After two weeks off, our Mini Silverbacks are ready to hit the field again this Saturday at McQuade Park! 💚🧡

There’s nothing better than seeing our future stars running around, making new mates, learning the game and having fun with their rugby family. From big smiles to muddy jerseys, we can’t wait to see our little superheroes back in action! 🏉🔥

Good luck to all our Under 7s and Under 9s this weekend, play hard, have fun and make plenty of memories!

What a week at the 2026 Junior State Championships! 💪🏉

A massive congratulations to all of our Penrith RSL Silverbacks players, coaches, managers, volunteers and families on an outstanding tournament representing PDJRU with pride, passion and plenty of heart.

The effort, commitment and teamwork shown across the week was something the whole club can be proud of.
