Team day done right! 💪🏼 We kicked things off by stepping out of our comfort zones with an epic Fire & Ice session Unwind. Studios — because nothing says team bonding quite like sweating it out and then jumping into freezing cold water! 🥵🧊😂

After surviving the heat and ice, we rewarded ourselves with an absolutely amazing lunch at Macro Boss Healthy Eatery 🍽️🤍

A day full of laughs, challenges, good food and even better company. Grateful for this incredible team and the memories we continue to make together! 🫶🏼

Huge congratulations to all of our Penrith students who attended the Muay Thai grading on Friday night! 🥊🔥

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Seeing all the hard work, dedication, discipline and hours of training come together on grading night was incredibly rewarding. You’ve all put in the work, pushed yourselves and continued to improve — and it showed! 💪
