At World of Swimming, we’ve designed our missed lesson policy to give families flexibility and choice.
If you give us 7+ days’ notice, there’s no charge.
If something comes up with less than 7 days’ notice, you still have options:
🏊 Make up the lesson another day
🏊 Double up on another lesson
👧 Have a sibling use the lesson
And if you simply can’t fit another lesson in, no worries! Rather than paying the full lesson price for a missed lesson, there’s just an $11 missed lesson fee.
🌴 Going away?
With 7+ days’ notice, we can place your lessons on hold for up to 4 weeks — you keep your spot and there’s no fee.
💧 We know family life doesn’t always go to plan, so we’ve made our policy as flexible as possible!
