Race day is here! 🙌
After a long off-season, I’m excited to finally be back on the start line for World Cup 1 in Tacen, Slovenia. To be honest, there’s definitely some nerves heading into my first race of the season, but even more excitement to see where I’m at and put all the hard work to the test.
I’ll be racing at 12:39pm CEST (8:39pm AEST) and you can find the link to the livestream in my story to follow along.
A huge thank you to my sponsors and and everyone in my corner who have helped get me to the start line. Your support makes opportunities like this possible and I’m incredibly grateful.

Thoughts ahead of World Cup 1 | Vlog pt. 3

My first medal, bronze at my home world championships, in-front of friends, family and teammates is not something I ever expected!! 🥉
Firstly, congratulations to and on their amazing runs today as well as all the boys in the final. It was a real showcase of how spectacular our sport really is.
For this season to have gone the way it has, is a dream come true and has made all the hard work and sacrifice worth it. From early mornings on the flatwater before work to sessions in the gym after getting off the train, it’s all been part of the journey!
To my biggest supporters, my family, your ongoing support means so much to me and to have you all on the side of the river today was something special.
To all the teammates, support staff and coaches that have been apart of this journey, I’m grateful for how you’ve all pushed me, mentored me and challenged me to be the best version of myself both on the water and off it.
Of course A big thank you to my sponsors and for all the support starting back along the banks of the Yarra river. Without your ongoing support, none of this would have been possible. You’ve helped me to not only make it to my start lines but perform on those stages.
Lastly to the whole crowd from , , , .corporation and more today was truely special to have you all running down beside me. Regardless of the result today was always going to be a day to remember because of you all.

2025 ICF World championships Penrith 🇦🇺
P8 in C1M heats & P4 in teams
A good day of racing to kick off my campaign at this years worlds. A nice composed run was enough to qualifying me through to Thursdays semi finals, followed by wild ride in the C1 teams where by we were able to put down an awesome run but unfortunately not quite enough for a podium. The focus is now all on Thursdays and the next round of racing

The final week of training is done and dusted!
A week filled with many moments both on the water and off it. From training with the Aussie C1 boys, heading to Taronga Zoo for a media op and then being presented a beautiful helmet by 2005 World Champion and Australian C1 legend . This week has been full of moments I won’t forget and all before racing has even began!
