One of the things that blows us away each week is the effort children put into perfecting a skill they are working on.

It's amazing to watch children realise that with patience, encouragement and practice, they can achieve things they once thought were out of reach.

Whilst we always celebrate the perfect dive or freestyle at the end, the effort it took to get them there is the most impressive part.

They aren’t just building a skill, they are building confidence in themselves and their abilities.
