Becs Bootcamp BECS BOOTYCAMP is designed to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly make fitness fun!

BECS BOOTYCAMP is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. You get everything you need in a one hour session which takes place in an outdoor setting. BECS BOOTYCAMP is about a team environment where myself and fellow bootycampers motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential. BECS BOOTYCAMP is held at hunter fields in Emu

Plains on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday nights. Tuesday morning times alternate, one week it is held from 6am-7am and the following week it is held from 7.30am-8.30am. Every Wednesday night it is held from 7pm-8pm. I will be getting expressions of interest for a Saturday morning session. They run for 6 weeks with a one week break in between. BECS BOOTYCAMP is very affordable. One session a week for 6 weeks costs $60. So that works out at only $10 a session. If you are interested in doing both sessions each week for 6 weeks it will cost $100. By doing both sessions you will save $20! For BECS BOOTYCAMP you will need a towel, water bottle, comfortable clothing, joggers and of course a sense of fun.

Feeling the extra kilos from all the christmas nibbles and drinks? Feeling slugish, lacking in energy and want to do something to change that?! Im starting up a 6 week bootcamp. We're fresh into the new year, 2016 will be amazing if you make it. I want to encourage you to jump on board and start your fitness journey with me! You can choose in doing one or two sessions a week held on mondays and wednesdays 6.30am -7.30am. Location will be determined once numbers are in, but it will be local. Mums that are interested with babies or young children, your welcome to bring them along. Please express your interest, sign up if you are ready for the challenge. It's that time again where we get ready for another 6 week block of bootcamp!
I will now be running TWO night sessions a week, Mondays from 7pm-8am and Wednesday 7pm-8pm at Hunter Fields in Emu Plains (the soccer fields near Lennox centre)
One session a week for 6 weeks will cost $60
Two sessions a week for 6 weeks will cost $100

Let me know if your interested as we will be starting on Monday 15th sept

As only one turned up for the make up session last Friday, I will be running one final make up session.
We will be having a week off before returning for another 6 week block of fun and fitness : )
