We had a great night celebrating the season and recognising the effort, improvement, and commitment shown by our swimmers.

Swimming Lessons in Brighton and Gilles Plains

During term 1, we had a number of our swimmers travel to SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre to compete in both the Primary (SAPSASA) and Secondary School Sport SA Swimming Championships.

Competing against swimmers from across the state, our athletes represented the South East with pride, gaining valuable experience at a high level of competition.

We were also thrilled to see a number of our swimmers achieve top placings across the events, a fantastic reward for their hard work and commitment in the pool.

From stepping up onto the blocks in a new environment to racing against some of the fastest school swimmers in SA, this is an incredible opportunity for growth, one our swimmers embraced.

As a club, we are extremely proud of all of our representatives and the way they conducted themselves both in and out of the pool.

We can’t wait to see this group continue to develop, and we look forward to even more of our swimmers taking on this opportunity in the future. 💪

💧50 YEARS OF PASC 💧

What a fantastic night celebrating 50 years of the Penola Amateur Swimming Club alongside our annual Mile Swim!

It was so special to see past and present members come together - sharing stories, memories, and plenty of laughs. A huge thank you to everyone who came along, helped with lap counting and timing, and contributed to such a memorable evening.

Our swimmers did an amazing job in the mile swim, a great display of determination, effort, and club spirit. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who took part.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to LeisureSafe ,for their support this season, including providing opportunities for additional training, and to Wattle Range Council for their support with lifeguards to ensure our events run safely and smoothly.

A wonderful celebration of our club’s past and present — here’s to the next 50 years 💙

Join us as we celebrate 50 years of the Penola Amateur Swim Club alongside our Annual Mile Swim. This event will take place in place of the postponed 50th celebration.

SESA MEET 6 - Mount Gambier

A great final meet of the season for our Penola swimmers with some huge personal bests and top placings across the team. It’s fantastic to see the hard work from training this season paying off in the pool.

Swimmers had a massive program today and did both themselves and our club proud.

A big congratulations to Seb who had an outstanding season and was awarded both the Overall Champion and Graded Champion for his age group. An incredible achievement and a well-deserved reward for a season of strong swims.

A great way to finish the SESA season – well done team! 💙🤍
