🎥 TEACHER TIP: Mid Back Series – Hundreds ✨

The Mid Back Series Hundreds challenges your upper body endurance, postural strength, and core connection while maintaining control through the arms and shoulders.

As the arms pump, focus on staying long through the spine and open across the chest while keeping the movement controlled and rhythmic.

Focus on:
✔ engaging the core throughout the exercise
✔ keeping the shoulders relaxed away from the ears
✔ maintaining a stable ribcage and pelvis
✔ reaching long through the fingertips
✔ breathing deeply and consistently

The goal isn't to pump faster—it's to maintain strong posture and controlled movement for the entire exercise.

🎥 TEACHER TIP: Internal Rotation Footwork ✨

Internal Rotation Footwork is a great way to challenge hip stability, strengthen the inner thighs, and build awareness of lower body alignment.

As you press the carriage away, focus on maintaining the inward rotation from the hips while keeping the pelvis stable and the movement controlled.

Focus on:
✔ engaging the inner thighs throughout the movement
✔ keeping the knees tracking in line with the toes
✔ maintaining a stable pelvis
✔ controlling the carriage on both the press and return
✔ keeping the shoulders and upper body relaxed

The goal isn't to push harder—it's to move with precision and control.

✨ Improves hip stability and mobility
