JOIN US on Friday 19th June for game 5 of the 2025 Friday night Over 35’s Hexagon Rugby hosted by Hornsby Golden Oldies - Busted Lions at MARK TAYLOR OVAL.

The Busted Lions will be welcoming players from 6.30pm with games starting at 7pm.

All players must be registered.

BATHURST TOUR - 26/9 - JERSEYS & REGO

Each year Bathurst Old Boys Rugby host a fantastic Over 35’s Rugby Festival on a Saturday in late September.

For the last few years a combined team made up of players from Hexagon Rugby teams have taken the field as the Hexagon Barbarians for a great day of rugby and loads of fun in the pub at the celebration dinner on Saturday night. Last year the touring party was 40 players + supporters.

This is a great opportunity to play with the blokes we have played against all year.

This years event will be 25-27 September. Games all day Saturday 26th followed by a great night in the pub with awards and live music.

***HEXAGON GAME 4 - Funnelwebs***

Thanks to Funnel Web Rugby for hosting game 4 of the 2026 Hexagon Rugby series at Old Soldiers Memorial Field on Friday night.

A great turnout of over 60 players considering the weather and great fun in the clubhouse afterwards.

Tributes were paid to Funnel Web Tony Houseman who has passed away leaving great sadness in the Lindfield Rugby Club community.

Thanks to all the new blokes that joined us - we hope to see you at the next game.

Round 5 will be hosted by Hornsby Golden Oldies - Busted Lions on June 19th at Mark Taylor Oval.

**GAME 4 - Funnel Web Rugby Friday 22/5**

On Friday 22nd May Lindfield Rugby Club’s Funnelwebs will host game 4 of the 2026 Hexagon Rugby season at Soldiers Memorial Field, East Lindfield.

Meet at 6:30 and games will start from 7pm.

After a great start to the season with record attendances we look forward to another great night of free-flowing rugby.

As ever, Wives/partners and kids are all welcome to join in the fun and watch this game under lights.

Food will be available at the canteen and there will also be a BBQ.

Due to growing success of the Hexagon Barbarians Bathurst Tour we have decided to offer a golf day on the Friday before the Bathurst RugbyFest.

The Golf will be played in the afternoon of Friday 25th September at Bathurst Golf Club with tees starting from 12:30pm.

You don’t need to be a professional to play but it’s best if you have your own clubs or you’ll need to hire them.

All Hexagon Barbarians players, and supporters are invited to join us for this social golf event and prizes will be awarded in the pub afterwards.

We will play in fourballs and the cost for 18 holes is $50 per player. Carts will be $40 per round. Rego via this link.

***HEXAGON GAME 3 - KWP - ANZAC***

Thanks to KWP Leo's Rugby for hosting game 3 of the 2026 Hexagon Rugby series at Lofberg Oval on Friday night.

A record turnout of over 85 players meant we held 4 games and with so many supporters on the sideline it was a real community event.

Prior to kick off we paid tribute to the service and sacrifice of the ANZACs with a speech from KWP Captain Tim Wrate, followed by the Ode and then an expert performance from the KWP piper.

The evening was also held in honour of a key member of KWP Rugby Union Club community who sadly passed this week. Our condolences to Stewart family.

The games were followed by the traditional KWP clubhouse welcome with great food, drinks and speeches.

Thanks to all the new blokes that joined us - we hope to see you at the next game.
