WE ARE BACK!! Unfortunately the Studio itself is still closed, but I will be offering 1:1 and 2:1 PT sessions at Roy Dore Reserve over the next few weeks until we get the go-ahead to come back inside. Let's embrace the outdoors and get moving again after such a long lockdown 🙌
