Some housekeeping points to facilitate with the opening:

❗️The gym will operate to normal trading hours
❗️No towel no train
❗️Sanitise at entry and exit points and clean your equipment after use
❗️Adhere to social distancing requirements
❗️Water fountain to fill bottles only not drink from
❗️Must wear a mask during your training unless you are doing strenuous cardio exercise on the machines
❗️20 people maximum operating as first in best dressed
❗️You must sign in every time
❗️Workout time limit 60mins during peak times
❗️$5 casual as always
❗️There’ll be no 3 days trials until further notice ❗️All memberships will be adjusted accordingly no refunds given just time added

A reminder to all our active members

Your memberships will automatically be reactivated as of tomorrow, Monday 29th June

All lost time will be reinstated on your memberships. Length of time will vary from member to member depending on the term of your memberships.

‼️Gym Reopen Monday 29th June‼️

We are so excited to be opening our doors after what feels like the longest 3 months!!!

A few housekeeping points to ensure everything runs smoothly:

‼️Gym will operate by its usual trading hours

‼️No towel, no train. You must present your towel at check in to staff. You will be sent home if you don’t have a towel and your own water bottle

‼️You must sanitise at entry and exit points in the gym. Hand sanitiser units are wall mounted at each point

‼️You must wipe equipment before and after using sanitiser wipes provided. These are wall mounted across the gym

‼️Please adhere to social distancing requirements, 1.5m away from fellow members and staff. Please avoid touching and shaking hands this includes toward staff too

‼️The water fountain can be used to fill bottles only not to drink from

‼️If you are unwell or have been exposed to someone with Covid, please do not come into train. Anyone who is visibly unwell will be asked to leave

‼️20 people maximum in the gym at any time. No booking system. If you need to wait you’ll be asked to do so.

‼️Workout time limit is 60mins. So use it wisely (if it’s extremely quiet with no one waiting to train you may stay on)

‼️You must sign in. This is a non negotiable. Staff are not expected to know your number so please stop walking in and write it down. If you are a casual please complete the casual entry form

‼️During the lockdown we worked tirelessly so you can come back to a clean gym, please help us in keeping things in order by following the above

‼️Be patient these are challenging times and there may delays using equipment

Gym reopening has been delayed 😢

We’ve been working around the clock to improve and make exciting changes to the gym, so it devastates us to announce that we won’t be opening on Monday 22nd June as planned. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll be reopening Monday 29th June

All memberships remain on hold until then.

We thank you for your continued patience and support
