Congrats and Good luck to our Director and Educator Matthew Boulous for the AUSactive Educator of the Year 2022 Award at tonight’s National Awards that kick off in under an hour!🍀 With some exciting things to come for Invictor this is a huge achievement becoming a Finalist for these awards, the first of its kind and of this scale in Australia! 🏆

10 YEARS: This month marks 10 years since I have been coaching/teaching at the 🎉 Thank you for the opportunity to have taught over 4000 personal trainers around NSW, in particularly my hometown of Parramatta! 🏠 This has also coincided with the AIF rebrand colours from ‘smurf blue’ to black and red....surely to mark the 10 years 😉 Out with the blue, and in with the new! 🏆

ALTERNATE SNAKE + WAVE DRILL 🐍🌊: How much coordination do you have? 🧠🤹🏼‍♂️Have some fun with this one with some easy steps:
1) Alternate waves 🌊 ✅
2) Alternate snakes 🐍 ✅
3) Start with left wave and bring right snake across 🌊🐍
4) Try the other way around 🐍🌊🙃
5) Have a laugh! It’s hard not to during this drill 😂
