At 76 years young, Carole has been a proud Genesis Parramatta member since 2012 💪

She joined to stay fit and keep moving for as long as she can — so she can continue doing the things she loves, like walking up the stairs and carrying her groceries independently. 🛒🚶‍♀️

🧘‍♀️ Over the years, Carole has tried it all! Starting with Zumba, she’s added Pilates, POUND, Reformer Pilates and POP Pilates to her routine.

But for Carole, Genesis is about more than fitness — “It feels like walking into your own home because everyone is so welcoming and friendly.” 🥰
