Some of us have been working on preparation stages for Swan Dive. A beautiful classical Pilates exercise that focuses on: Glutes Hamstrings Spinal extensors Postural strength Back body endurance.

As with all classical Pilates exercises, we focus on mastering the foundations first, building strength and confidence before progressing to the full movement. Most importantly we have a lot of fun learning, laughing and challenging ourselves together :)

This week's weather has certainly tested our motivation, but one client summed it up perfectly: "There's nowhere else to be when the weather is like this, so you may as well be at the studio!" So true!

Winter got better!!!

Last week I was invited to teach at Yoorana Gunya Family Healing Centre Aboriginal Corporation. Such a rewarding morning sharing knowledge and experiance with their new Forbes reformer instructors. Truly a privilege to do what I love in their beautiful space.
