Hi legends!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted & so much has happened over the past 5 months, it’s been quite a whirlwind.
For those of you that don’t know, I took a job as a diesel mechanic back in Nov and more recently moved house & the whole setup (again) to Lara, where there is a bit more space.
And then came along COVID 19.
I do hope you all are coping with the current restrictions, are managing financially and just as importantly able to exercise to some degree with all commercial gyms being closed for the foreseeable future
Whilst I’m unable to give 1-1 P.T. sessions at the moment due to work commitments, I thought I’d post a Bodyweight circuit on the page for those of you that don’t have equipment but still want to challenge yourselves and stay fit & strong.
Appropriately named COVID 19, it is an AMRAP Circuit consisting of 19 Exercises, 19 Repetitions and has a 19 Min time cap.
This means if you don’t make it to the end, you just count up the total reps performed and try to beat it the next time.
You can take short rests as you need them, but the aim is to get through the whole thing as quickly as possible, whilst maintaining good form.
Those of that have done circuits with me before, should know all of the exercises, but just shoot me a message if you need clarification.
I was hoping to post a video of all the movements (I still might in the next few days) but unfortunately time is against me today.
