This Men’s Health Week, your health doesn’t need a complete overhaul, small actions add up.

Here are 5 simple things you can do this week:
✔️ Move your body every day, even if it’s just a 20-minute walk.
✔️ Prioritise sleep and aim for 7–9 hours each night.
✔️ Book that check-up you’ve been putting off.
✔️ Reach out to a mate and check in.
✔️ Fuel your body with plenty of water and nutritious foods.

Looking after your health isn’t about being perfect, it’s about taking small steps consistently.

Officially a Polar Bear!!!

Marathon and Half Marathon ticked off for Jane, over 60km in two days!

As you can tell by the photos, the conditions were not as ideal today - a lot of heavy snow and the race fully completed in spikes.
Body is all good, just a bit tired and the medals are EPIC.

Well done Jane!!!!
