Well some added goodies turned up for #744 yesterday, to help assist in protecting the NEW engine.
An allot radiator, thermo fan and shroud, along with a remote oil cooler, braided lines and a remote oil filter mount.

Well finally the new motor is home, and when I say New, I mean it.There are very few original parts left in this motor apart from the block crank & con rods.
It does have a few performance bits in it though to help it last longer and rev harder!
Now to hang all the crap on the outside and get it ready to put in the car!

Hey there followers, unfortunately with the way the economy is headed at the moment, Ash & I won't be racing at Parilla!
Hopefully things will get better very soon and we can get back to what we love doing! RACING!

The Sup‑Regs and entry information are in their final stages of review and will be released very soon. We can’t wait to get this event underway and see everyone out on the track.

'UPDATE'

Well the rush to make the 2026 Parilla Enduro is on!

Firstly I would like to thank Paul, Belinda, Michael, and the boys from Woodcroft Car Care for removing the engine and gearbox initially, and refitting the repaired gearbox back into the race car, & for storing the car since May last year. A better bunch of people you will never meet!

Also to the guys Brake & Clutch for looking after us with a new Clutch & Pressure plate!

The motor has been rebuilt and had NEARLY everything replaced with new parts by Fury @ Lonsdale Engine Worx is nearly finished, were just waiting on NEW cam shafts to arrive to be able to button it all up!

The car is now at home and the task of chasing down the electrical issues we had leading up to the race and the reassembling of the interior after the gearbox was removed begins!

So the plan is to hopefully have it together for the Easter Long Weekend to be able to run it in and get some Kms on it before the race!

Well we've been quite here on the socials since we debuted the car and team at Parilla last May, but I've been busy organising a heap of new parts and getting the engine machined.
Unfortunately the reason we retired so early from the event, was due to both head gaskets letting go, and loosing all of the coolant, and because we had a major electrical issue, taking out ALL of the gauges, it was too late to save the old girl!
So, we'll have a fresh engine, new clutch/pressure plate, replaced transfer case, fresh shocks and bushes all round, and all of the electrical issues dealt with ready for another crack at Parilla in May!

Thanks to all of the respective Photographers for taking thier time in the wind and the dust to get some great shots!
We are still assessing the damage after the race, and hope to be back out racing again soon. Thanks to our families, friends and supporters for thier love and support!

Well it wasn't the outcome we were trying for, but we had a great weekend anyway.
I would like to thank some people, whom without their help, we would have made the event Symons-Clark Logistics Richard Bennett Memorial Enduro!
Firstly, Paul & his crew from
Woodcroft Car Care for their help before and after the event.
Cameron Nash -Tek race frames and components for his awesome work on installing the extra bar work required for us to be compliant!
On a personal note, I would like to thank my daughter Ashley, for her enthusiasm and motivation to get there.
We will be trying very hard to get repairs done, so that we can get out on the track for the next race meeting!
