When you stand for something not everyone will like it. Not everyone will agree.
And that’s ok.
But take a minute, and think about the words your saying when you don’t agree, are you proud of how you behaved?
Would you be appreciative if the roles were reversed?
Think about it.
I like who I see in the mirror each morning and I am proud of my actions, are you?

Started the F45 challenge this week and have realised why I haven’t been losing any weight these last few months.... I have been eating a maintenance diet without realising it 🤦🏼‍♀️
Anyway. Back on the grind, hustling like my life depends on it and getting it done! 👊🏼
