⏰8.30am Start to arrive and be seated under Marquees
NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN MAIN CLUB HOUSE AREA.
⏰8.45 Coaches for each team receive team medals
⏰9am Presentation will start
⏰10.15 presentation of trophies over
⏰10.30 Jumping Castles & water Slides Open
⏰11am - 12pm - Canteen Open for purchases
⏰11.30am Fun Adults v Kids Game on Field 1 (Bigger kids) Field 2 (Smaller Kids)
⏰12.30pm - Fun Day closes

- Sunscreen
- Drinking Water
- Wash your club shirt and give back to manager
- Club Balls and Gear Bags
- There is water slides so boardies / togs are suggested as well as dry clothes to change into.

👍Please note that all parents and caregivers are responsible for actively supervising their own children at all times while attending the event. Coaches, managers and club volunteers are not a child-minding service.
For safety reasons, children are strictly prohibited from entering or playing near the creek area, regardless of the weather or water conditions. Parents and caregivers must ensure their children remain within the designated event areas and follow all instructions from club officials.
Photography and video recordings may take place during the event and may be used by Palmwoods Warriors Football Club for club-related communications, promotional material and social media.
By attending the event, all attendees agree to comply with the club’s safety directions, policies and reasonable instructions from club officials.
