A little note for our Palmerston community ❤️

We are really saddened to hear about the closure of F45 Palmerston and wanted to acknowledge the impact that this will have on the people involved. The owners, staff and, of course, the members who have built their routines, friendships and community there.

We know that a gym is about so much more than exercise. It can be your safe space, your people, your routine and sometimes the place that helps you get through a difficult week.

Having personally experienced how hard it is to make the decision to close a gym, I know there are a lot of emotions that come with it. My heart genuinely goes out to everyone affected.
To anyone from the F45 community who is now wondering “Where do I go from here?” our doors are open. ❤️

ARC is a place for everyone, and we would love to welcome you into our community, introduce you to our people and give you a space to keep moving and feeling connected.

We offer a 10-day free trial, with absolutely no obligation to join. You can activate it through the ARC Fitness app or our website or please click on the link in comments below.

Our membership is $55/week for unlimited access across ARC, including our classes, Open Gym and Studio B Yoga & Pilates.

We also have a free creche for members, available Monday–Friday at 8am & 9am, and Saturdays at 7am & 8am.

If you know someone who may be affected, please reach out and let them know they’re welcome. Sometimes just knowing there’s somewhere to go is enough. ❤️

ARC is now offering 5PM CRECHE

Available Monday–Thursday for our afternoon sessions!

Our full creche timetable now includes:

• 8am & 9am — Monday to Friday

• NEW: 5pm — Monday to Thursday

• Saturday — 7am & 8am

✔️ FREE for ARC members

✔️ $5 casual drop-in sessions

This is a Sculpt class designed for parents to bring their little ones along. Your bub can join in beside you or you can take advantage of our crèche facilities during your session.

Week after week you’ve chosen to show up, even on the tough days, and the payoff is clear—you’ve built strength, discipline, and a confidence that radiates both inside and outside the studio.

What inspires me most is not just the physical progress, but the way you now carry yourself—with energy, belief, and a self-assurance that lifts others around you. I couldn’t be prouder of you 🥹🙌🏼

Hey Ange! I’m about 2 weeks late but I’ve been meaning to let you know..

This month marks 1 year since training at ARC Fitness. Joining just 3 months post partum I was sooo grateful for the creche and morning classes available. This gave me an hour of me time - which was invaluable for both my mental and physical health. The ARC community gave me the support to ADAPT to training after birth. I love the variety of classes available with strength and HIIT plus Pilates to build back core strength. When I did the 60 day challenge earlier this year to RESET, the support, encouragement and wealth of knowledge you provided throughout really set me up for this year to CONQUER. 12kgs down and still going 💪🏼 And I never would have thought I’d compete in a competition but you gave me the confidence to have a crack at the Top End Throwdown.

Thank you for creating a space, that even though I hate the 4:30am alarm, I can’t wait to train in every morning 💕🏋🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
