🚑 SECOND FIRST AID & CPR COURSE – 3 OCTOBER! 🐊

We’ve scheduled a second First Aid & CPR course for Saturday, 3 October!

All competitive grades require a First Aid volunteer, so we’re looking for parents, family members, players or supporters who would be happy to get accredited and help out their team this season.

❤️ No experience necessary
💙 PRUC are covering all costs associated with the course
❤️ First Aid, basic emergency life support & CPR accreditation
💙 Saturday, 3 October

COACHING MASTERCLASS | SUPER WEEK

Take your coaching to the next level with former Wallaby and Rugby World Cup winner Matthew Cockbain.

A 63-Test Wallaby, former Queensland Reds forward and member of Australia’s 1999 Rugby World Cup-winning squad, Matthew brings a wealth of experience from both the playing and coaching sides of the game.

This Coaching Masterclass is designed for coaches working with players from Under 16s through to senior rugby. It’s an opportunity to learn, challenge your thinking and develop your coaching craft, drawing on Matthew’s experience at the highest levels of the game.

Whether you’re coaching an Under 16s team, developing emerging players or working with senior athletes, come along, ask questions and take away practical insights you can apply in your own coaching environment.

FIRST AID & CPR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We’re looking for volunteers to help support our Palmerston Crocs teams this season!

From U12s through to Seniors, each team needs someone who holds current First Aid & CPR accreditation in order to take the field.

Not accredited yet? No worries! If you’re willing to volunteer, PRUC will cover the cost of your required First Aid & CPR training and accreditation.

When: This Sunday 20th Sept
Where: Palmerston Rugby Union Club House
Cost: Free

You don’t need to be a medic or have any previous experience, we just need people willing to complete the training and help support their team on game days.

Parents, family members, players and supporters are all welcome!

⏰ We need volunteers ASAP, with limited training courses available before the season begins.

Interested? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible our teams can’t take the field without you!
