Throughout our Crocs history, weโve celebrated numerous successes, including premiership winning teams, competition Best and Fairest player awards and Netball NT service recognition recipients. We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of many athletes and officials. Numerous Crocs have represented Palmerston in the NT Link Netball Championships, including coaches and managers as well as athle
tes. Weโve also seen our hardworking Crocs move up the representative ranks, with both athletes and coaches representing Netball NT in the national arena, bringing amazing experience back to our community club. As a club, we are proud of our Good Sports Level 3 status and are invested in encouraging and promoting values of good sportsmanship amongst all our members, both on and off the court. Our community-club culture has helped us see juniors become seniors and players become parents as second-generation Crocs take to the court. We are equally proud of our coaches and umpires who have gained their Netball Australia accreditations while role modelling values of fairness and equality. Our club boasts the highest number of male netballers and a strong family-friendly culture that values inclusion. As a netball club based in Palmerston, we are honoured to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages to stay active and participate in weekly sport. We celebrate the positive community connections fostered over the years and value the support offered by numerous groups throughout the Palmerston area. Play by the rules, play fair and "in the spirit of the game of Netball". Contesting the ball is fine. Rough play will be penalised. The spirit of the game dictates that players make sure they give others on court, often opponents, a fair chance. We encourage players to be good sports and applaud good plays, for your team and the opposition. Umpires are to be respected. Positive feedback only on the courts. If there are no umpires, there are no games. Spectators and players, please remember that our umpires are human beings and may miss from time to time. They will do their best. If the umpires are hassled verbally, their umpiring deteriorates. Please try and an boost their confidence. We hope that this will encourage everyone to play in the true spirit of the game.
