Single strap flow I taught this morning.

There’s something so satisfying about working unilaterally with the foot in strap. Try the agility jumps off the footbar, it’s tricky to find that push/pull balance with both legs.
Built up to the hundreds - more support for the lower half with the strap. Enjoy!
