Hello Sprint Club Family,

I hope this message finds you well. It has been a while since my last update. I have received several inquiries regarding Coaching services lately, but unfortunately, I have been unable to commit to scheduling sessions due to family commitments and my role at Somerset College. However, we are actively working on this in the background, exploring the future of our Sprint Club so WE can continue OUR mission to empower all kids to "Run with Confidence". Thank you for being patient, as exciting developments are in the works for Summer 2026 ☀️.

Hi my Sprint Club family!
Hope you're all well and ready (and raring!) to get your kids back off to school tomorrow 😜.

As much as I’d love to jump straight back into coaching for 2026 and kick off Sprint Club with a bang 💥, my current role means afternoons are a crucial part of my workday—which doesn’t leave me the time I need for coaching.

Mornings have crossed my mind as an option, though I’m not sure how much interest there would be??

Anyway, this isn’t goodbye! It’s just me taking a moment to see how Sprint Club fits into 2026 and what that might look like moving forward.

Thank you all for the love, support, and energy you’ve poured into Sprint Club over the years.You and your amazing kids have made it something truly special. No matter what shape or form the future takes, you’ll always be a part of the Sprint Club family. ❤️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

A MASSIVE congratulations to ALL that competed at the South Coast Athletics during the week its a BIG step up from districts and school athletics carnivals and you all handled it with gusto and grace & I'm very proud of you ALL♥️.

Also a GOOD LUCK to all those finishing up their winter sports season, no doubt some have finals and grand finals, ENJOY 😘 ⚽🏀🏉🏐🥅

Come join us TODAY and have a run at our Sprint Club, open to ALL abilities from ALL sports suited to ages 5yrs to 14yrs, AGE is a GUIDE only based more on the development level of where your child feels most comfortable in each session. All sessions are designed to improve your child's running technique, speed, reaction time and overall running confidence that can be transferred to any sport and everyday life.

SPRINT CLUB IS BACK MONDAY 3RD FEBRUARY 2025.

5YRS - 9YRS 3.30PM
Basic fundamentals of good running technique & co-ordination

10YRS - 15YRS 4PM
Strong focus on teen/tween development & confidence for ALL SPORTS.

Still $10 a SESSION

Overall GOAL is focusing on DEVELOPING correct TECHNIQUE + SPEED + AGILITY = RUNNING CONFIDENCE for ALL children for ALL abilities for ALL sports.
