I wasn’t going to upload this because of the skin folds or “Rolls” on the side of my tummy and then I thought to myself...WHY THE F #%k NOT?!! There are TOO many UN-REALISTIC expectations for women and men set by “influencers” on social media!.
Guess what - some times when we sit down, or bend a certain way or even lay a certain way your skin will fold. Also taking photos at different times of the day can change how the body appears! Particularly at night when you have a tummy full of food like me 😋.
NO ONE walks around looking “Candid” or “Aesthetic” all the time. So I’m posting this for those of you who feel like “They’ll never look like the fitness accounts they follow” TRUSSSST MEEE HONEY they aren’t perfect either💁🏼‍♀️ Don’t be fooled by Social Media...

✨Hump Day About Me✨ .
- For the first year of my fitness journey I never touched weights.
- For the second year of my fitness journey I didn’t think I’d ever be strong enough to lift something heavier than a 4kg DB
- When I first started training I could only do MAX 5 mins on the X-trainer LVL 1.
- When I first started training I could not even rep ONE leg raise (not kidding)
- When I first start training I did absolutely every single exercise you could think of WRONG (hence why I stuck to cardio until I was qualified).
- The first time I stepped foot into a mixed s*x gym was on my first day of placement as a PT (I only used to go to ALL GIRL sections).
- I didn’t know what a Burpee was until they made us do them at my PT course(my clients will think this is funny🤣)
✨✨✨It is literally so true that WE ALL HAVE TO START SOME WHERE! I’ve come a longggggggg assssss way since the first time I wandered my self-conscious bum eager for a change into that ladies section & I’m damn proud and always walk with my head held high!& I encourage all girls I meet/coach to do the same! Before you talk yourself out of starting your journey - please know that I was(still am) just like you! And I am still learning new things everyday! New challenges! So please don’t be afraid of taking that first scary step...you have no idea how powerful you can be if you just BELIEVE ✨✨✨✨

I hate when people say there’s no technique taught at F45! As Head Trainer I take offence 😂
At our attention to detail and our attention to members form is so important to us! .
I was lucky enough to run the Technique workshop myself with the lovey help of today! Technique is so important, not only for results and progression through training BUT injury PREVENTION! 🙌🏼 .
