Congratulations to my hubby, James Heenan, on successfully completing the four-day Kukkiwon Master’s Course in Newark, New Jersey.
I honestly couldn’t be prouder of you and everything you have achieved — not only for yourself, but for Heenan Taekwondo and everyone who has the privilege of training under you.
Four days of sweat, exhaustion, pain and pushing yourself beyond your limits… yet you continued to show exactly what Taekwondo is all about — discipline, integrity, perseverance and an indomitable spirit. 💪🥋
Now the hard work is done… it’s time to put the dobok away, take a well-earned breath and enjoy some R&R with the family in beautiful Oregon!
