3 month transformation for Julian! ๐Ÿคฉ

Heโ€™s been smashing his training, running and nutrition since the very beginning of our journey. One very proud coach! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

His strength has increased like crazy, every week Julian is getting stronger ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ

15kg shoulder press to 22.5kg
50kg bench to 80kg
60kg deadlift to 100kg
80kg box squats to 120kg normal squats

Weโ€™ve been working on perfecting Julianโ€™s form and control which has allowed him to lift correctly and gain a lot of strength!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Yes the scales help for guidance for certain factors as a coach but as a client you should be focused on a lot more such as:

โ€ข Your performance in the gym
โ€ข How you are feeling overall
โ€ข Ticking all the boxes that your coach has set for you for the week
โ€ข Healthy balance with food choices
โ€ข Your happiness
โ€ข Sleep quality
โ€ข Exercise technique
โ€ข How your clothes fit you

Just know there is SO much more to be focusing on than that number on the scale. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿค

Protein is a very important macronutrient for many reasons!

Some being:
โ€ข Builds & repairs tissue
โ€ข Digestion
โ€ข Regulating hormones
โ€ข Keeping you full for longer

If you are someone who struggles to get enough protein in your diet here are some great sources you can include into your meals.

Allowing for at least 30g of protein in each meal will make it so much easier for you to stay on top of your protein target to ensure you are getting enough daily.
