Falcons Tiffany Ho and Gronya Somerville are through to the Women’s Doubles Semi Finals at the Condensate Kazakhstan International!

They defeated No. 3 Seeds Apoorva Gahlawat and Sakshi Gahlawat [IND] 21-9, 21-9 to set up tonight’s match against Japanese duo Kaho Osawa and Mai Tanabe.

Gronya was also in contention in the Mixed Doubles with Kenneth Choo, however, they went down fighting to Rohan Kapoor and Ruthvika Shivani Gadde [IND] 20-22, 17-21.

Tiffany’s Women’s Singles campaign also came to an end after being defeated by Isharani Baruah [IND] 21-10, 21-14.

Nathan Tang was also on court in Kazakhstan but had a tough opening match against Germany’s Kai Schaffer and went down fighting 15-21, 11-21.

Despite a formidable challenge from Japanese duo Yuki Fukushima and Sayaka Hirota in the Women's Doubles Round of 16, the Falcons displayed unwavering determination, ultimately falling short in a hard-fought battle, with scores of 17-21, 21-19, 19-21.
