SRA 360LS Sprintcar series recap from Simpson Speedway: 🏁

We’ve been a bit quiet on the social media recently due to having no scheduled races since the classic at the end of January. made her debut in a winged sprintcar on Saturday night and enjoyed every moment of it!

The heat races were tricky for Ebony where she finished 9th in Heat 1 and 7th in her second heat. These being her very first races in a completely different car meant it was full of learning and confidence building. 10th place in the B Main brought an end to the night.

We had a fantastic team dinner at the Racer Industries HQ after a long season of racing! It was also great to have some of our partners and sponsors at dinner along with everyone that chips in to keep this team rolling 👊.

Simpson Speedway 10k Shootout / Premier Speedway Sprintcar Carnival recap:

The team had a fantastic night on Saturday picking up the win at Simpson for the 10k shootout. A great qualifying effort put Chase P3, 0.003 off pole in his flight, he then backed up that effort by winning both heat races and leading every lap of the A main! A near perfect night for the team. 

Premier Speedway threw some challenges at everyone last night with a tricky track surface that was hard to get a hold of. Unfortunately, we got caught up in a small incident in the B main and decided to pull the car in, not risking any more damage.

Classic week kicks off tonight with “Thrill on the Hill” followed by a busy schedule all the way up until the Classic Final.

🏁 It’s Raceday here at Simpson Speedway for the C&H Trucking 360LS 10k shootout.

After a win last time out at Simpson let’s see if we can go back to back. And it’s the first time running a 2 car team since the start of the season. with the 360 under the hood in the USA9 and Brad Warren steping into the v69 LS powered maxim.

🏁Brandt Sprintcar Speedweek Recap:

Over the past week the team have completed the inaugural Sprintcar Speedweek with 5 action packed nights over 7 days!
It was a week full of ups and downs but most importantly some confidence leading into the 2nd portion of the season.

We could not have done all this without the support of our amazing sponsors!
BRANDT AU have been an amazing introduction into the sport we love. took the initiative to showcase what we do, inviting Brandt personnel from multiple different branches to give them a closer taste of what sprintcar racing really is.
We appreciated being able to complete car maintenance at Brandt Bordertown thanks to the help of Duncan and Richard, as well as Brandt Mount Gambier thanks to the help of Tom and Kevin.

Our next race will be at Simpson Speedway tomorrow night for 5k to win before we turn our attention to the Lil’ Aussie open at Lismore and finally onto the Red Hot Summer shootout.
