Our resident HYROX legend, the queen of endurance, and somehow the person most likely to convince you a casual Sunday 10km run sounds “fun” 😂

What an incredible milestone!! 1000 classes and counting!

For the last 4 years, you’ve been a constant part of our F45 family, showing up no matter what life throws your way. Between working full time, being an amazing mum to Jackson, and juggling all the demands that come with everyday life, that is something to be incredibly proud of.

From bringing Jackson along to now finding ways to fit training into an already busy schedule. Whether it’s a mid morning session or fitting in a Flex class when life gets hectic, you always find a way to make time for yourself, the commitment you’ve shown over the years is truly inspiring.

You’ve built lasting friendships and proven that dedication adds up to something pretty special. 1000 classes is no small achievement, and it’s a reflection of the hard work you’ve put in every single step of the way.
