Hahahaha leg tantrum, sorry no music as I have earpods in and you don't want to hear it yet as its new stuff I'm practising for use one day, I hope, I just need to keep the brain busy still thinking of new stuff.......

Have a guess though what the style of music im listening too?

Salsa, Cumbian, Samba or afrobeats.

May 2025 Vs now

Just wanted to say thank you to Peak Fitness, they only place I have felt comfortable to achieve goals at.

15 years as a dance fitness instructor and after breaking my knee 12months ago and an unsuccessful knee reco plus 15kg weight gain, I push through all the pain to dance again. All the other clients of the gym must wonder what this weirdo is doing dancing in silence hahahaha I still aim to get back my fast legs even though I'm still trying to just get through more than 2 whole songs without stopping.

Headspace has been very challenging this 12months but when the music is on everything lifts. Accept when I burst into tears the other week at the gym with Susan. Music heals

My gym has an awesome special on. You will love it here, it's huge, it's clean and great services, abundance of equipment, my fav ik the circuit room. Would love to see some familiar faces here and you can stalk me too.

How are you all going. Gosh I miss you all.

Hope to have more of an update soon. Seeing surgeon Tuesday to follow up as things are not healing the way my physio would like. I cant believe it's been 10months already.

Going to the gym regularly, working up a massive sweat, doing 1 to 2 hour sesh 3 times a week. Weights, boxing, rowers, cross trainer and the awesome recovery room with weekly compression boots sessions and stretching everyday.

Still cant walk down steps or hills and uneven ground feeling unstable, goal is to make a full cycle on an excerise bike. However have triple my strength in legs over past 3 months but just cant get the bend in the knee which has me still walking with a limp. Hence the follow up as its been 7 months since opp.

Fingers crossed he has some insight for me and plans.

Hope you all had a wonderful Xmas and new year.

Miss you all and miss dancing. Not sure what this year will bring but hopes for us to have some fun again. Still not close to being able to bust it out with you all but let's just see where each week takes us.

Physio celebrating that I got to 90 today. Started at 30 degrees post opp. He was worried seeing the struggles I was having to work towards this. Just lots of sweat, tears and grit.

My response ..... nah mate this is just a pitt stop keep going I want 120. I got more work to do. :)

He laughed knowing I don't quit.
