To our incredible Duff Tuff family,

With heavy hearts and immense gratitude, we announce the closing of Duff Tuff Fitness, Padstow. Our final class will be on Saturday, 24th May at 8:00AM, followed by a barbeque at 11:00AM to celebrate everything we’ve shared.

Duff Tuff has always been more than a gym. It’s been a second home, a place of growth, connection and a safe space to many. We've celebrated wins, weathered struggles, and grown together in ways far beyond fitness.

This isn’t goodbye, just new directions! We’re incredibly grateful for every one of you who supported us, believed in us, and became part of our Duff Tuff family. From the first ever bootcamp at Bankstown Park, to CTK Hall classes, our Revesby studio and later our Padstow warehouse, your loyalty, transformations and kindness made it all worthwhile.

As brothers, we'll always share the journey that brought us here, and we’re both excited for what’s next, operating from different premises, with the same passion and commitment you’ve come to know and trust.

To every client past and present, thank you. Your trust, commitment, and spirit have made Duff Tuff what it is. We’ve been honoured to walk beside you through your physical, emotional, and personal journeys.

Our personal training services will continue and thrive in new spaces. So please keep watch on our personal pages for exciting announcements and new beginnings to be shared.

Please join us on 24th May for one final workout at Padstow and celebrate. Let’s laugh, reflect, and honour the memories that made Duff Tuff so special.

GRATEFUL!!!!!!

Grateful that I have mates that impact my life so positively.
Both mentally and physically!

Grateful that I can talk to these men right here about anything.

Grateful that no matter how long I haven't seen them in or trained together or even in another state but when we see each other it's like we never been apart!

Grateful for our friendship!
And how important it is to surround yourself with gentlemen like these!

The last month I participated in my very first Movember.

I reached my target of $2000 so thankyou to all who donated and took the time to help a brother out!

The reason I did movember was not only to raise awareness for men's health both mental and physical but to reflect on how lucky and important it is to surround yourselves with positive people in your life!

So thanks to these boys for bringing out the best in me and always being there when I need you!
