Mums, It’s Time to Take Up Space! 💪✨
As a women’s coach, I see it all the time—Mums who are happy to walk a little more or cut carbs, but when it comes to truly investing in themselves—their fitness, their nutrition, their strength—it’s a different story.
Somehow, once we become Mums, our own goals start to feel selfish. Like wanting more for ourselves is childish. A vision board? Silly. A fitness goal? Pointless.
But standing on the sidelines, hiding under layers of clothing, feeling disconnected from the strong, confident women we once were? That’s acceptable?
I’m saying this because I see it every single day—and it’s only getting worse.
🔹 When did we decide that our ambitions expire when we become mothers?
🔹 When did we agree that our dreams only matter if they involve our kids?
🔹 When did we accept that feeling uncomfortable in our own skin is just part of the job?
Here’s the truth: Your children don’t just need you to be there—they need you to be happy, healthy, and ALIVE inside. They need to see you chasing goals so they grow up knowing they can chase theirs too. They need to see you taking care of yourself, so they learn to do the same.
💥 Mums, your health, strength, and confidence matter.
You are allowed to have goals.
You are worthy of investing time in yourself.
You don’t have to choose between being a great Mum and being strong, empowered, and unapologetically YOU.
💫 It’s time to stop shrinking yourself to fit the “Mum” role and start showing up as the strong, capable, badass woman you are.
It starts with one decision: to stop watching from the sidelines and start taking up space.
