REVERSE DIETING/STRENGTH PHASE
My Elite PT Client, Hayley has been reverse dieting for just over a month.
In that time, we have increased her calories by around 500 calories per day while keeping her weight stable and is even looking leaner.
She has more energy to train and hitting PB’s in the gym, and enjoying more freedom with her nutrition.
This has been possible due to her consistency with her training and nutrition and now has the luxury of higher calories (eat more and not gain weight) while feeling fantastic.
We will continue to work to build her calories up further and building some more muscle. Excited to see what more we can achieve together. So proud of her!!

Most girls that come to me at the start of their coaching journey, have a goal of changing their physique. Often, it’s in regards to building their glutes ... aka their “b***y”.
What most women don’t understand is that in order to grow their glutes they need to:
1. EAT (stop living in a calorie deficit)
2. TRAIN
With heavy weights, applying progressive overload. CONSISTENTLY
3. REST & RECOVER
You grow when you rest

Do all of the above. Again & again.
Consistently. For months. Years.
No- “get fit for summer”
Be patient.
Be consistent.
Creating shapes through the glutes is like any other muscles- you must build them. And building muscle takes time ✌️

MEXICAN BEEF & RICE
Quick & easy meal prep
A whole packet of extra lean beef mince
A tin of crushed tomatoes
A tin of black beans (drained and rinsed)
A packet of taco seasoning
Brown your mince. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until nice and thick.
Easy as!
Serve with rice
Makes 4 serves
