Over the years, I have always looked for ways to beat the system. Cheating age is one of those ways. I found a chronological v biological age test that I think is the best one I've seen lately. It takes roughly 20 minutes to complete and you need a KGs to LBs converter, but other than that, it seems to be pretty good. I know it is cold in the mornings, but...you do not have to exercise in active wear and sports singlets. Put on warm track pants, comfy windcheater, beanie and gloves to go for a walk/run; you can always take layers off πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜€πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί
