Is anyone selling a cavaletti jump saddle at all? 17”

16/11/2025

Well the 2025 season is over and I look back at these pics and can’t believe how far we have come.. 12 months ago he was going to be sacked and end up the most expensive paddock ornament ever. After 12 months of haemorrhaging thousands with typical OTT red flags , guts/ulcers, X-rays, saddle fittings, replacing saddles, trialing bits, replacing bits, diet, new diet, another new diet, specialised farrier, wedges, injections, kissing spine
issues I was done.. until I looked into his beautiful kind eyes and I really think he asked me to give him one last chance .. a decision I’ll
Never regret.. such a learning curve but on the flip side the bond we have is incredible.. we have taken it slow.. re inventing an ex race horse can be a slow and challenging process, often requiring you to work
Through deep seated anatomical limitations.. also working with their smart and sensitive natures which makes them particularly responsive .. often at times when you havnt asked or not expecting it .. so the journey is challenging yet rewarding.. so with those incredibly long legs and a 17.1h long frame to be 12 months in and consistently scoring 67-69% im so incredibly proud of him.. his worth ethic is fabulous always ready to work, and such an exciting ride!!

I have learnt so much, have had so many knowledgeable people around me helping and supporting me along the way.. feel very humbled by my inner and outer circle ..
Looking very forward to the 2026 calendar being released and in the mean time he’s hanging with his herd under the trees for a well earnt holiday.

Does any of my friends have a full cavesson bridle I can borrow this Saturday for led classes extra points if it has a nice brownband and a number holder breastplate 🥳

This photo symbolises the last time we drive out the gate of our beautiful Evermore.
So much to be proud of
For Justin building a home with vision and hard work, a stunning home for us and the four legged guests. I cannot thank you enough for supporting this journey and for your love and continual support.. nothing was or is ever a problem.. 🩷

For our past and present clients (up until 2pm today) creating a wonderful sanctuary for their horses so they can come and do their craft in a safe and friendly environment.

For creating confidence and courage through coaching enabling riders to start their horse journey with us and then to see them leave and flourish independently.

We have been so blessed to have created so many wonderful friendships that we will always cherish.

Congratulations to the new owners .. We wish you the best of luck and hope you enjoy this wonderful property as much as we did.

Thank you to all those family and friends and clients who have supported us along the way.

Now to have a couple of days off and then go job hunting .. I think Aldi checkout is calling my name .. the whole sit and scan sounds right up my alley !!

Thank you Evermore

Tamworth Horse Trials

114 penalties and 2nd last..

So let’s just unpack that.
Thunderstorms and rain all night and all Day .. I was bioiar Betty about putting studs in.. Do I due-to a tonne of rain on black soil grass arenas yes..
or do I not Because I have to walk to the arenas on slippery Ashfelt on a potentially fire breathing dragon in which I may just die.. ok so no studs

Dressage
A beautiful calm relaxed text.. looking sexier than normal in his new false tail (fake it till you make it scenario)
The only person that was watching that didn’t love it was the judge .. let’s move on

Showjumping
In porridge or was it weatbix either or he was super in my new Pelham and split reins arrangement .. more control for the B double so with limited practise in the new brakes I was happy .. one rail .. whatever.. at least I wasn’t swinging off his mouth so positive vibes there ..

Cross country ..
something about tamworth xc warmup .. maybe cause it was underwater .. my saying is if you can survive the warm up you can survive out on course .. so after looking like a bit of a break dancer waiting at the minute box we finally got out on course .. he was awesome jumped first 6 like 3* I had brakes which was great then coming to 7A could here something jiggling and Roman started to twitch and we went over 7A before I noticed a major wardrobe malfunction and the chain and come off a hook and was slapping him in the head .. he handled it well.. so options get off and fix it which I didn’t think I could do.. even if I did getting back on him mid course 17.1hh and short xc stirrups with a gummy leg wasn’t an option so we just thought let’s just stand still … and reach over and pop that chain back on the hook won’t take a moment.. says no one ever on a young thoroughbred mid xc course.. so we tried
And tried
And tried
And tried
And tried
And finally I managed to re hook the chain up.. so much time had gone by I think I was actually in the next class .. so we schooled it .. took out time and he was awesome .. super confidence brave .. brakes worked well.. no more chain in eyeball malfunctions .. coming home with 63 time penalties .. record for me I think.. later I was told that I actually could have got off and got a boost back in if it’s safety related .. FYI..
so really happy with the nice canter around ..

Well
as I always say .. ‘that’s eventing’ .. the lovely weekend with all our crew makes it worth while.. all my mates/student took home a ribbon and I’m super proud of them.. sophia peta kristel Linden 🩷

Take out the Competing side he’s just going from strength to strength from
Less digging a hole inside my float while travelling to Leaving his friends to the warm ups .. feel like our relationship has taken on a hole new level and thats what its all about .. the journey. And I love him and his multiple personalities to bits

Lovely weekend at Sydney Eventing with two lovely OTT thoroughbreds killing it in the dressage 1st and 2nd and coming 2nd/5th overall.
So happy with both boys but particularly my guy Roman .. who has had the abcess from hell for a month and not an ideal lead up to the event. It’s been a journey to get here but just goes to show that with time and patience and getting their body right after racing which takes $$ time and patience they can reinvent themselves !
Thanks to Belle Equestrian for sponsoring the class and to all my crew/faves people 🩷
