Join us for an honest and insightful evening with Warren Davies - The Unbreakable Farmer — one of Australia’s most respected rural mental health speakers.
Warren brings a deeply personal perspective shaped by lived experience in farming, family life, financial stress, and the challenge of rebuilding after significant personal and professional loss. His story reflects the realities many in rural and regional communities face, and the importance of speaking openly about it.
Through this session, Warren unpacks what it really means to navigate pressure over time, how stress can build quietly beneath the surface, and why recovery is rarely a straight line. He also explores practical ways individuals and communities can better recognise early signs of struggle, support one another, and build stronger foundations for wellbeing beyond simply “getting through it.”
