🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️Together with my amazing gym buddy and 8 other amazing .fit_ members, we’ll be taking part in a ladies paired CrossFit event this Sunday…. The Butterfly Effect.

💕This weekend is not just about the competition, it's about supporting a cause very close to my heart…. Recognising and raising awareness around eating disorders and the millions of people who suffer in silence every day.

🤍 For the past 15 years I've battled with an eating disorder which has been both physically and mentally exhausting. With regular training, the ongoing support from friends, family & my amazing community…. The ongoing journey to recovery is worth it!

📍 If you want to come down and cheer us on, you’ll find us slugging it out at CrossFit Perth, 6 Packard St Joondalup from 8am - 3pm
