2026 WA STATE DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

We were thrilled to receive the results from this years 2026 State Dressage Championships, hosted by Dressage Western Australia and proudly sponsored by Off the Track WA!

WORLD NUMBER ONE

Remember when Boyd Martin graced our shores and snagged two rides on West Australian retired racehorses? We do!

Boyd came over and shared his expertise with the OTT and equestrian community. He then rode at Equestrian in the Park and had a blast with What's Up Snip and Proud Warning.

Who would you love to see ride a retired racehorse? With Equestrian in the Park back next year, we can't wait to see who the celebrity guest will be!

Off the Track WA are proudly sponsoring the following events:

The Dressage Western Australia State Dressage Championships with prize money available to the winners of the OTT Classic classes as well as Best Performed OTT in the Para-Dressage Championship.

Northam Agricultural Show with prize money and prizes for OTT competitors in Show Horse, Breed and Show Jumping.

Dressage Western Australia STATE DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

We’re thrilled to be sponsoring the Dressage WA State Dressage Championships this upcoming weekend, with plenty of retired racehorses to cheer along in both open and para-dressage classes.

With OTT Classic classes at Preliminary, Novice, Elementary and Medium level, we’re eager to see which horse will win.

We’re also exceptionally proud and happy to sponsor Best Performed OTT in the para-dressage section. To have retired racehorses in these classes is a testament to the trainability and versatility of these horses.

ISEERED ISEERED

Iseered Iseered by Safeguard led a respectable racing career before entering the off the track scene. Retired from racing in 2023, leaving the Fernie racing stables with six wins from 22 starts, 'Charlie' has now pivoted towards a career of show jumping and eventing.

Earning over 300 thousand dollars on the track, Charlie has an impressive resume following him into his new career. Can track experience translate into eventing success?

Sara James has partnered with Charlie with eventing on the horizon. Recently attending our OTTWA Training Day and partaking in show jumping and cross-country lessons, Charlie and Sara showed that their partnership and talent is developing into a strong combination.

We reached out to Iseered Iseered's racing trainer, Luke Fernie, who was thrilled to hear that he was enjoying life off the track!

"Iseered Iseered, or Marty as we called him back then, was always a stable favourite and beautiful to do anything with throughout his racing career. It’s no surprise to see him excelling off the track and really nice for me, my staff and his former owners to see.”

With talent to burn, we're sure this won't be the last time we see Charlie, or Marty, or Iseered Iseered sporting the pink and blue colours of Off the Track WA.
