You fall off because your training doesn’t match your life.

Work runs late.
Energy is low.
Stress is high.

And training is always the first thing to go.

Then you reset.

Again.

You tell yourself you’ll get back into it next week…
but nothing actually changes.

This isn’t a motivation problem.

It’s a structure problem.

Because if your plan only works when you’re motivated,
you’ll always fall in and out.

So what is it that I actually do? So the people that I work with are busy professionals, business owners and the everyday go getter. Most of these people are time restricted. They may not know how to train. They may actually know what they’re doing already, but they just need a little bit of guidance. So what I do is I look at their week, their work week and I make their training realistic, measure it all so that the results are achievable.

What else do I offer? I offer strength training, Muay Thai, and boxing, and I work that in one-on-one and two-on-one training. What my services do is they’re all realistic. They make you perform better in your day-to-day life and your work life, giving you a stronger and more capable body.
